The location was incredible, close to Grouville Parish Church. Further, it was very close to restaurants, Jersey, and the whole island.

First off, the restaurant was inexplicably closed for dinner. What is this, a resort or a snack shack? Breakfast was a sad self-serve situation, complete with me waiting for food running low. An upgrade would have been nice given these issues, but apparently that's too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was charming and clean. The beach and buses to anywhere in the island were within walking distance. A great value for the price. I genuinely enjoyed my stay there and could easily recommend this hotel.

Relaxing and peaceful place all in all, has easy going staff who really understood the importance of customer service. The location is handy and pleasant, 1 km from a coastal fortification. It's based in good area, in Grouville in the east of the island.

A Hidden Gem with Warm Hospitality!
Our family enjoyed a good meal at the onsite restaurant. The chef prepared a light dish for my elderly mother, showcasing their thoughtfulness. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and I can't recommend the perfectly cooked steak baguette enough! A nice experience.

Great people! Loved the pool!
Beachcombers not near the beach. No phone in room. Only 2 sockets in room! 'Double bed' actually two single bases with a large mattress! Kids not catered for well at the evening meal.

The manager was incredibly friendly and accomodating to our needs. The hotel was pleasant, the meal we ate in the hotel was delicious, the beds were very comfortable! It is conveniently situation not far from St Helier, and a pleasant walk to Gorey. The car park was definitely a bonus. Again the manager was happy to give us directions, extra blankets and anything that we needed. The room was bright and large considering it was a family room with 4 adults sleeping in it.
The shower didn't really function - not enough pressure, but the bath was brilliant. Our room was very very cold and took a long while to heat it each day as it had storage heaters. The fold-out bed was generous in size, but the person sleeping on it did feel that there could have been slightly more cushioning between the metal frame and the sleeping bit.

There was a warm welcome. The room was spacious, recently refurbished.
The evening meal was poor. Only a set menu was offered. I had moules - the smallest portion I've ever seen. Dessert was a buffet. If you wanted cheese it was a pile of little chopped-up pieces. Horrid.

The hotel was out in the country, I had a gift car so it was close to town and the beach. Quiet and a real get away.
The breakfast buffet was good however the evening meal was terrible, I ate there twice, first meal was very poor, second was so bad I sent it back. Did not rat dinner in the hotel again for the remaining.g two weeks.
